​In 2008, Heath and Irene Boddorf founded Pool Works as a family owned and operated business in Holly Hill, SC. With over 30 years combined experience we are able to provide our customers with quality and affordable custom options tailored for each individuals needs and budget.

Our Story

When we began building pools, one thing was clear: our industry was broken.

Clients often told us about contractors taking deposits and never returning their calls, construction left half finished, inferior materials that were constantly breaking down. We knew that earning our clients’ trust was paramount to our business. Nearly 20 years later, that’s just what we’ve done.

To us, having a pool in the backyard is not just about status; it’s about wellness. Human beings are attracted to the water because it soothes our minds, bodies, and souls. We love to create an outdoor space that our clients can use for relaxation, entertainment, exercise, and so much more.
